Skills Training for Mid-Level ICT Workers and Jobseekers (2015, Done for AWDP/USAID project):

Cresco Solutions provided ICT related trainings including Professional Computer Driving, Advance MS. Office Package, IT Awareness/ Advance MS. Office Package and CCNA Routing and Switching trainings to over 226+ job seekers and mid-level employees in Kabul and Herat. 90% of those trained got a job through Cresco Solutions and Jobs.af or got a promotion in their company after attending our training programs.

Skills Training for Mid-Level ICT Workers and Jobseekers by AWDP – Phase 2 (2014): Cresco Solutions is currently providing ICT skills training to over 480 registered ICT job seekers and employees. For the first time, our trainings include training over 60+ job seekers on call center operations and customer services. These job seekers will be placed with various privet companies.

Skills Training for Mid-Level ICT Workers and Jobseekers (2013, Done for AWDP/USAID project):

Cresco Solutions provided ICT related trainings including advance web application development, mobile application development, technology sales and marketing training to over 380+ job seekers and mid-level employees in Kabul and Herat. 80% of those trained got a job through Cresco Solutions and Jobs.af or got a promotion in their company after attending our training programs.

Skill Training for Call center agent of Afghan Telecom (2014): Cresco Solution Provided CRM and Customer Care Representatives related trainings to over 60 employees of them and the company gave promotion to trainees.

Placement Service for Afghanistan Human Resource Information Management System – AHRIMS (2014): Cresco Solution / Jobs.af assisted NETLINKS in implementing a project to study and enhance the complete process of ID Card, Electronic Payroll and HR information system for the Ministry of Interior and Defense. The project included studying the current processes in the two ministries, enhance the processes, use the existing systems developed as base line and develop an enhanced system to handle ID Card issuance, Electronic Payroll and HR system for the ministries. Cresco Solutions assisted NETLINKS in recruiting over 160+ employees to work on data entry, ID Card issuance, Biometrics and helpdesk related jobs for Ministry of Interior and Defense. Cresco / Jobs.af also provide job related training to the 160+ staff before they were employed by NETLNKS.

Outplacement service for The Asia Foundation (TAF) employees(2012): Jobs.af assist TAF in its mission of downsizing by providing the Training and placement service for the outgoing staff. Jobs.af also helped the outgoing staff find new jobs.

GIZ Training Consultant (2013,2014): Assisted in Developing Startup projects approach and concepts for follow up support to young businesses.
